By accessing the Website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or place orders.

Our Website offers food supplements (including the product “Maxiviron”) to consumers. We operate in accordance with Finnish and European Union law, including consumer protection and distance selling regulations.
3. Products and information
Product descriptions, images, and prices on the Website are correct to the best of our knowledge at the time of publication. We reserve the right to correct errors and to update product information. Food supplements are not medicinal products and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. They are intended to supplement the diet. Use in accordance with the instructions on the product and do not exceed the recommended dose. If you have a medical condition or take medication, consult your doctor before use.
We do not make therapeutic or medical claims beyond what is permitted for food supplements under applicable law. Individual experiences may vary.
4. Orders and contract formation
When you submit an order via the order form on the Website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected product(s) on these Terms. A contract is formed when we accept your order (e.g. by sending an order confirmation by email or by delivering the product). We may refuse or cancel orders in case of error, suspected fraud, or if the product is unavailable; in such cases we will inform you and, if you have already paid, refund you.
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete contact and delivery details. We are not liable for failed delivery due to incorrect information provided by you.
5. Prices, payment and delivery
Prices are displayed in euros (EUR) and include VAT where applicable under Finnish law. Delivery costs are indicated at checkout (e.g. free shipping above a certain order value). Payment is due as specified at checkout. We use secure payment methods. Delivery times and options are as stated on the Website or in the order confirmation. Risk and title pass to you upon delivery to the address you specified.
If you are a consumer in the EU, you benefit from any mandatory consumer rights under the law of your country of residence, including with respect to delivery and conformity.
6. Withdrawal and returns
