Return Policy

1. Introduction and controller
This Return Policy explains your rights to withdraw from a purchase, return products, and receive a refund when you buy from Quorvexxthak via the website https://quorvexxthak.world. It applies in addition to our Terms of Service and is intended to comply with EU and Finnish consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and the Finnish Consumer Protection Act (Kuluttajansuojalaki).

2. Your right of withdrawal (EU consumers)
If you are a consumer (i.e. you are acting for purposes outside your trade, business, craft, or profession), you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you (or a third party you nominate) take physical possession of the goods. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication of withdrawal before the 14-day period has expired.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g. letter, email, or online form). You may use the following model wording, but it is not obligatory: “I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract of sale of [product name]. Order date: [date]. My name and address: [your name and address]. Signature (if sent by post): [signature].” You can send this to our email or postal address above.
If you request to begin the performance of services during the withdrawal period (e.g. delivery), you acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed. For goods, see section 3 below regarding early consent to delivery.
3. Effects of withdrawal and return of goods
If you withdraw from the contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs arising from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We will carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. We recommend that you use a traceable method and keep proof of sending.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods (e.g. you may open the packaging to inspect the product as you would in a shop, but you must not use the product beyond what is necessary). If the product has been used beyond this, we may deduct an amount from the refund corresponding to the diminished value, in accordance with applicable law.
If you have requested to begin the performance of services (e.g. delivery) during the withdrawal period and have expressly agreed that we may begin before the withdrawal period has expired, you may be required to pay an amount proportionate to what has been provided up to the time you informed us of your withdrawal, in accordance with the law.
4. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
Under EU and Finnish law, the right of withdrawal does not apply in certain cases, including (where applicable):
- Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery (e.g. sealed capsules where the seal has been broken).
- Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
- Contracts where you have expressly requested a visit for carrying out repairs or maintenance (if applicable).
- Service contracts fully performed with your prior express consent before the end of the withdrawal period.

5. Faulty or non-conforming goods
If the product you received is faulty, not as described, or does not conform to the contract, you have statutory rights under EU and Finnish consumer law. These include the right to repair or replacement where possible and proportionate, or to a price reduction or refund if the goods are not in conformity. The seller is liable for conformity defects that exist at the time of delivery and that become apparent within two years, unless the goods were used in a way that is inconsistent with their nature and use. You must inform us of the defect within a reasonable time after you discovered or should have discovered it.
To assert your rights, contact us with your order details and a description (and, if possible, photos) of the defect. We will respond without undue delay and propose a solution (e.g. return label, refund, or replacement) in line with the law. In case of a valid claim, we will reimburse the cost of returning faulty goods where required by law.
6. How to return goods
To return goods (whether under the right of withdrawal or for a conformity claim):
- Contact us by email or phone to inform us of your intention to return and, if applicable, the reason (withdrawal or defect).
- Pack the product securely. If the product was faulty, follow any instructions we give you (e.g. use a prepaid label if we provide one).
- Send the product to: Quorvexxthak, Mannerheimintie 1, 00100 Helsinki, Finland (or to the address we specify). Use a traceable method and keep proof of posting.
- We will inspect the returned product and process your refund or replacement as appropriate, within the time limits set out above and in our Terms.
We recommend that you do not send goods of high value without adequate insurance. We are not responsible for loss or damage during return shipment until we receive the goods, except where we have provided a prepaid return solution and the loss or damage is due to our carrier.
7. Refund method and timing
Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise. We will process the refund without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice or of you supplying evidence of having sent the goods back (or within the timeframe required by law for conformity cases). Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few additional days for the refund to appear in your account.
8. Consumers outside Finland
If you are a consumer in another EU Member State (or in a country that has implemented the Consumer Rights Directive), the mandatory provisions of your country may give you additional or slightly different rights. This Return Policy does not restrict those rights. For questions about the law in your country, you may contact your local consumer authority.
9. Changes to this Return Policy
We may update this Return Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or in the law. The “Last updated” date at the top indicates when it was last revised. Changes will not affect your rights in relation to orders already placed. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
